The Five Fundamentals of a Venue Tracing Solution
The Covid-19 pandemic is far…
The Covid-19 pandemic is far from over. Yes, most hospitality establishments are starting to reopen, but at less capacity and with strict social distancing rules in place. To monitor outbreaks, the collection of contact information is also being mandated. Typically, it is done manually by the restaurant staff.
A best practice solution has not been put in place, and it shows—in most cases, a visitor’s personal contact information is simply written on a piece of paper and stored insecurely. There’s a possibility that the information will be inaccurately documented; and that it will be misplaced or misused. Some believe a nation-wide contact tracing app will fix these challenges. Although, expecting people to take the time to download the app, continually give up their personal location information, and dedicate data usage and phone storage to it, will likely see some resistance.
Loop’s team realized there was a massive opportunity for its IoT Fobi device to fill these gaps, and merged its artificial intelligence capabilities with wallet pass and NFC (Near Field Communication) tap technology to create a unique platform.
What are the five fundamental differences between Loop’s contact tracing solution and others? How does it increase adoption, safety and efficiency?
We’ve prepared the following document as a best-practices reference guide.
