Fobi AI has signed an international distribution agreement with Silkbridge Ventures and plans to establish operations in Dubai. For shareholders, the opportunity is straightforward. Fobi has built four complementary products, and this agreement gives us a new route to the enterprises and government organizations that could deploy them.
Why we’re building a presence in Dubai
Enterprise adoption starts with conversations about real operating problems. Who can access sensitive information? Which workflows can be automated? How can teams use AI while keeping control of their data?
A local presence would bring Fobi closer to the people making those decisions. Silkbridge will help identify qualified opportunities, introduce Fobi to senior decision makers and develop relationships with approved channel partners. Dubai would serve as our regional base, with the agreement also covering approved markets in the broader Gulf region, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
Four products give Fobi more ways to earn the first contract
An organization might begin with FORTRESS to use AI while retaining control of proprietary data, or with AltID 3.0 to verify identities and manage access. Another customer might start with FIXYR to automate work across systems, or with AgenticBrain to give employees or customers a conversational way to interact with business information and services.
Each product gives us a different way into an account. If the first deployment delivers value, it can give the customer a reason to consider another capability. That is the commercial logic of the Fobi Flywheel. A relationship can start with one business need and grow into broader adoption and recurring licensing opportunities.
What Silkbridge brings to the opportunity
Vijay Tirathrai brings experience from both sides of technology growth. At Techstars, he oversaw investment funds and accelerator programs, working with founders as they brought products to market. As founding Chair of TIGER 21 Dubai, a private peer network for entrepreneurs, executives and investors, he brings a perspective on how private investors evaluate opportunities. His work in mergers and acquisitions at STS Capital Partners adds experience with strategic buyers and business owners.
That combination matters as Fobi develops relationships with customers, distribution partners and potential sources of strategic capital across the UAE. The immediate priority is commercial. We want introductions that lead to qualified opportunities, deployments that demonstrate value, and licensing agreements that can grow over time.
For shareholders, those are the milestones to watch. A first deployment would show where the portfolio fits. A customer adopting a second product would show how the relationship can expand. Repeat that across customers and markets, and Dubai could become an important base for growing Fobi’s international licensing business.
Forward Looking Information
This post discusses planned Dubai operations and potential customer contracts, deployments, licensing revenue, regional expansion and strategic capital relationships. These outcomes depend on incorporation and applicable approvals, available resources, customer demand, partner execution and acceptable commercial terms. Actual outcomes may differ materially, and the agreement may yield fewer commercial opportunities than anticipated. See Fobi AI’s November 5, 2026 announcement for additional details.
