Customers receive a link to validate their credentials online by uploading a selfie and picture of their ID.

AltID automatically matches the customer’s selfie to the ID, verifies their age, and clears all unnecessary PII.

Customers download their wallet passes via email or SMS, which displays their verified age and/or identity.
